Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end ocean freight operations, including documentation processing and shipment tracking.
- Liaise effectively with carriers, shipping lines, and local customs agents to ensure timely vessel departures and arrivals.
- Verify and process shipping manifests, Bills of Lading, and invoices for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks or discrepancies in shipment documentation proactively.
- Maintain accurate digital records and update internal databases for real-time visibility.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external customers regarding shipment status updates.
- Ensure all operational activities align with FedEx safety and service quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ocean freight forwarding or maritime logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping terminology (e.g., Incoterms, HBL/MBL, container types).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics management software (ERP/WMS).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
