Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of OTC derivatives trades including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements (MiFID, local regulations) and internal policies
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, resolving trade-related inquiries and exceptions
- Monitor trade exceptions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain accurate trade documentation and operational reports
- Streamline operational processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in OTC derivatives operations or similar financial services role
- Strong knowledge of OTC derivatives products and trade lifecycle processes
- Proficiency in trade processing systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client/stakeholder interactions
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
