Doherty IT Solutions is expanding our elite technical team, and we are seeking a Senior Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer (Level 3) to join our collaborative hub in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge Enterprise Technologies, working in lockstep with our London-based counterparts.
As a Level 3 Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of our infrastructure operations, driving the design, implementation, and security of complex cloud environments. You will play a pivotal role in managing our M365 ecosystems and scaling Azure cloud footprints to support global business requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions primarily within Microsoft Azure.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex L3 technical issues related to server infrastructure and network services.
- Drive the security, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with global teams in London and KL to ensure seamless 24/7 service availability.
- Lead infrastructure migration projects, including cloud-to-cloud and hybrid-cloud transitions.
- Implement robust security protocols and monitoring systems to safeguard organizational data.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in systems administration, cloud engineering, or infrastructure operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure architecture (Compute, Networking, Storage).
- Deep expertise in managing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Teams).
- Strong knowledge of hybrid infrastructure, virtualization, and backup/DR solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical environments under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
