Broadridge Connectivity Solutions is seeking a visionary Senior Cloud Engineer to lead our infrastructure evolution and ensure the highest levels of system reliability for our global fintech operations. In this critical Subject Matter Expert role, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining a robust cloud ecosystem that powers our core financial services. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for high-availability fintech applications.
- Drive automation strategies using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Mentor and coach SREs and junior engineers on best practices for reliability, performance, and incident response.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure real-time system health.
- Lead incident response and root cause analysis to minimize downtime and improve system resilience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud costs and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure security compliance and data protection standards are met across all cloud environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with configuration management tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
- Proven track record of implementing fault-tolerant architectures and high-availability systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and lead technical teams effectively.
- Familiarity with fintech regulations and security compliance standards is a strong plus.
