Tanggung Jawab
- Architect, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise-level clients.
- Monitor cloud environments proactively, identifying potential security vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
- Lead incident response protocols and security patch management to minimize downtime and risk.
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance managed service delivery.
- Design and maintain automation scripts (Infrastructure as Code) to streamline operational workflows and security compliance.
- Perform regular security audits and maintain rigorous documentation for governance and compliance reporting.
- Provide tier-3 technical support for complex cloud-related security incidents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in Cloud Operations or Managed Services, with a focus on security.
- Advanced proficiency with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC2.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Professional certification highly preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, or CISM).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network, server, and application-level security issues.
