Tanggung Jawab
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure components
- Design and implement scalable cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms
- Monitor system performance using cloud-native tools and optimize resource utilization
- Develop automation scripts using Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies
- Lead incident response for critical cloud outages and implement preventive measures
- Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and solution architectures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure support or engineering roles
- Expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with relevant certifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and containerization technologies
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) and log management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with proven incident management experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders
