Our client, a well-established Singapore-based Manufacturing MNC with state-of-the-art facilities in Kulai, Johor, is seeking a highly skilled Senior CNC Engineer to join their dynamic team. The Role
As a Senior CNC Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of CNC programming, setup, and machining operations. You will work closely with the engineering and production teams to optimize processes, ensure the highest quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Program, set up, and operate advanced CNC milling and turning machines using Fanuc, Mazak, and Siemens controls.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to manufacture precision components.
- Develop and optimize machining strategies to improve cycle times, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using CMM, micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Diagnose and resolve machine, tooling, or programming issues to minimize downtime and defects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on advanced machining techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the R&D and NPI teams on new product introductions and prototype development.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC programming and machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM, NX).
- In-depth knowledge of cutting tool geometries, materials, feeds, and speeds for various metals and plastics.
- Proven ability to read and interpret GD&T symbols and complex technical specifications.
- Experience with multi-axis machining (4-axis, 5-axis) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
