Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize complex CNC programs for various machining centers and fabrication equipment.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings (CAD) and technical specifications for manufacturing components.
- Review and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and customer specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Support the prototyping phase by setting up and testing new tool paths and fabrication processes.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing workflows.
- Maintain and update CNC program libraries and documentation for future reference.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to drive continuous quality improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in CNC programming, preferably within the fabrication or sheet metal industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of G-code and experience with major CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, or Fusion 360).
- Familiarity with CNC machines and fabrication processes such as laser cutting, punching, or bending.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
