Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with borrowers via phone, email, and scheduled visits.
- Negotiate payment plans and restructure loans effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular collection reports to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks within the credit portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in debt collection or credit recovery.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet monthly targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good understanding of banking regulations and credit analysis principles.
