SOP Hub is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Engineering Manager to lead, oversee, and scale our commercial functions. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering consultancy solutions and market demand, driving sustainable growth for our firm in Indonesia and beyond.

As the leader of our commercial division, you will be responsible for defining our go-to-market strategy, managing high-value client relationships, and ensuring our engineering services remain at the forefront of the industry. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate technical value into commercial success, mentor our teams, and expand our footprint within the competitive landscape of Jakarta.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth for engineering consultancy services.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and technical scoping to contract negotiation and final closure.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure proposed engineering solutions align with client requirements and project profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, enterprise clients, and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and service expansion areas.
  • Mentor and lead the commercial team to improve performance, proposal quality, and client conversion rates.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue forecasting to the senior leadership team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial management, technical sales, or business development within an engineering consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the engineering sector, including procurement, project lifecycles, and technical service delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate strategically in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
