Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed cost estimations and budget preparation for offshore engineering projects and tenders.
- Analyze technical specifications to accurately forecast material and labor costs.
- Review and negotiate commercial terms with vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare high-level commercial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Maintain accurate cost tracking databases and ensure compliance with company financial policies.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to align cost models with project scopes.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the commercial department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation, commercial management, or engineering project support.
- Strong background in the offshore, oil & gas, or marine engineering sectors is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Navisworks) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
