Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end sales coordination for Australian IT service accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving commercial concerns promptly.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management on account performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records to track sales progress and client interactions.
  • Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in IT services.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian market and business etiquette.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate across multiple departments.
