Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales coordination for Australian IT service accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving commercial concerns promptly.
- Prepare, review, and finalize sales proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management on account performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records to track sales progress and client interactions.
- Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in IT services.
- Strong understanding of the Australian market and business etiquette.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- High level of analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and adapt to Australian business hours.
