Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily on-site construction activities for MRT tunneling works.
- Ensure project execution aligns with technical drawings, specifications, and Singapore civil engineering standards.
- Coordinate closely with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and proactively resolve technical bottlenecks.
- Implement and enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) protocols to ensure zero-harm targets.
- Manage the preparation of method statements, structural calculations, and technical reports.
- Supervise inspection regimes and testing procedures to verify the quality of structural installations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized by the PE Board Singapore.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong preference for candidates with direct MRT tunnel or deep excavation project exposure.
- Proven track record working with A1 Main Contractors in Singapore.
- Comprehensive knowledge of underground construction techniques, soil stabilization, and shoring systems.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar BIM tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams.
- Willingness to be based at site in the Tampines/East region.
