- Lead Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Analyze client requirements and design customized Salesforce solutions
- Develop and configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability
- Stay updated on Salesforce features and industry best practices
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with a focus on implementation and customization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience working in a client-facing environment
- Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Consultant) is a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce solutions is desirable
