Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications for enterprise clients.
- Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure AI.
- Implement modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., .NET Core, Node.js) to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into applications to drive intelligent automation and insights.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through comprehensive testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical workshops and presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating Microsoft capabilities and solution designs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in backend development using .NET Core, C#, Node.js, or Python.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure (Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and ability to integrate them into applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, secure architectures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles and consulting.
