Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end business technology transformation projects from strategy to implementation
- Develop digital roadmaps and enterprise architecture frameworks aligned with client business goals
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and prioritize technology initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and business analysts
- Conduct technology assessments and recommend optimal solutions for scalability and efficiency
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, cloud, IoT) in client environments
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership through compelling narratives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects in APAC markets
- Strong expertise in business process optimization and technology integration
- Professional certifications (PMP, TOGAF, AWS/Azure) highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
- Fluency in English with excellent presentation and communication abilities
