Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements for clients within the insurance sector, including life, general, and health insurance.
- Conduct in-depth industry analysis, market research, and competitive assessments to identify key growth opportunities.
- Develop and deliver high-impact digital transformation strategies tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables and milestones.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and executive reports for C-suite stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in insurance consulting or a relevant industry role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-pressure environment.
