Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and technical delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a focus on GenAI and RAG frameworks.
- Develop and implement Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agent systems to automate complex business processes.
- Act as a technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Evaluate and select appropriate Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and orchestrators for diverse use cases.
- Optimize AI model performance, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
- Define best practices for AI governance, ethics, and data privacy within the solution lifecycle.
- Collaborate with global Capgemini practice leads to integrate emerging AI trends into localized client offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT consultancy or software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using RAG and LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including multi-agent systems and task decomposition.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern machine learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer) are highly preferred.
