Tanggung Jawab
- Lead complex technical consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Provide expert technical guidance on end-to-end IT solutions across cloud, data center, and infrastructure landscapes.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to understand business requirements and identify pain points.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and account teams to architect scalable, resilient, and future-ready IT strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle, from initial assessment to solution delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in consulting methodologies and service delivery best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the local Professional Services practice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT consulting, systems architecture, or technical project management.
- Proven expertise in enterprise-level infrastructure, hybrid cloud environments, and digital transformation.
- Strong background in hardware, software, and services integration within large corporate environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL) are highly preferred.
