Averis Sdn Bhd is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Consultant, SAP SD to join our dynamic ICT team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation initiatives, leveraging your expertise to design, implement, and optimize global Sales and Distribution solutions for our large-scale enterprise clients.
As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. You will lead the charge in translating complex business requirements into high-performance SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes and external systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, from initial business blueprinting through to go-live and hypercare support.
- Configure and maintain complex SAP SD functions including Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
- Design and architect cross-functional solutions integrating SD with MM, FI, and PP modules within S/4HANA.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and provide expert recommendations on best practices.
- Manage technical documentation including functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user training manuals.
- Provide Tier 3 functional support for critical production issues and lead root-cause analysis efforts.
- Mentor junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of SAP roadmap developments to advise the business on future upgrade paths and optimization opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience.
- Proven track record with at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- In-depth expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, Logistics Execution (LE), and EDI/IDoc integration.
- Strong understanding of ABAP debugging and the ability to work closely with development teams on custom enhancements (RICEFW).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
- SAP SD Functional Certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal, for global collaboration.
