Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction contracts, from tendering and bidding to final settlement and project close-out.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex sub-contractor agreements and supply chain contracts to protect company interests.
- Monitor project performance against contractual KPIs and report on deviations to senior management.
- Coordinate with legal and procurement departments to ensure compliance with local construction laws and internal policies.
- Manage variations, claims, and disputes, providing technical and contractual analysis to achieve favorable resolutions.
- Oversee cost control documentation and ensure accurate progress payment certifications.
- Conduct regular audits of project files to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and international construction standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in construction contract management or quantity surveying.
- Proven track record in managing high-value construction or home-building projects.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard construction contract forms.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction estimation tools.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and the ability to work under tight project deadlines.
