Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain plant control systems (DCS/PLC) and safety instrumented systems (SIS)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (IEC 61508, NFPA 85) and regulatory requirements
- Lead system lifecycle management including commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Develop control strategies, HMI interfaces, and automation solutions for industrial processes
- Conduct risk assessments, FMEA studies, and safety integrity level (SIL) verifications
- Coordinate maintenance activities and system upgrades while minimizing operational downtime
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on control system best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in industrial control system engineering
- Expertise in DCS, PLC, SIS, and SCADA systems (Emerson, Honeywell, Siemens platforms)
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (IEC 61508, IEC 61511) and functional safety principles
- Proficiency in programming languages (ST, LD, FBD) and control system architecture
- Certification in functional safety (TÜV, exida) or automation systems preferred
- Experience with hazardous area classifications and safety lifecycle management
