Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement control systems for construction machinery and building automation.
- Lead system integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to define control requirements and specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in controls engineering, preferably in construction or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of control system design principles, electrical schematics, and instrumentation.
- Experience with HMI development and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
