Are you an experienced Conveyancing professional looking for a stable and rewarding role in Simpang Ampat? Our well-established legal practice is currently seeking a meticulous and highly capable Senior Conveyancing Clerk to join our expanding team. We pride ourselves on delivering excellence in property law, and we are looking for a dedicated individual who can manage conveyancing matters from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our property department, ensuring that all legal documentation is prepared accurately and that timelines are strictly met. You will handle a diverse range of portfolios, dealing with developers, bankers, and clients with the utmost professionalism. If you possess a deep understanding of Malaysian property law, SPA procedures, and loan documentation, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and handle full-cycle conveyancing files including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documentation.
- Liaise independently with clients, developers, bankers, and government agencies to ensure seamless file progression.
- Prepare, draft, and vet legal documents including charge documents, transfers, and discharge of charge.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely submission of documents to the Land Office and other regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and track file status, ensuring all deadlines for vacant possession, billing, and document perfection are met.
- Maintain comprehensive records and correspondence for all assigned conveyancing matters.
- Provide professional advice and updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in a law firm handling conveyancing matters.
- Strong knowledge of the National Land Code, SPA procedures, and banking loan documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a high-volume workload.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin or Hokkien is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight closing deadlines.
- Experience with legal case management software is highly desirable.
