Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of property transactions from instruction to completion.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and Deeds of Assignment.
- Conduct thorough title searches and due diligence on properties.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients regarding property rights and obligations.
- Coordinate closely with government authorities, banks, and other legal professionals to ensure smooth closings.
- Ensure strict compliance with current property laws and regulations, including the National Land Code.
- Manage a heavy caseload while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and active admission to the Malaysian Bar.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in property law or conveyancing.
- Strong in-depth knowledge of the National Land Code (Act 563) and other relevant legislation.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proven track record in handling high-value residential and commercial property transactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
