Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Develop and refine menu items, with a special focus on fermentation and unique flavor profiles.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure discipline and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Cook or similar role in a hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and culinary arts.
- Experience with fermentation and complex flavor combinations is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Valid food handling certification.
