Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Western dishes consistently according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a smooth, measured, and efficient rhythm in the kitchen during all service hours.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including prep lists and station setup.
- Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Train, guide, and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold our high culinary standards.
- Monitor daily stock levels, check deliveries for quality, and assist in inventory management.
- Manage food preparation to minimize waste and control kitchen costs effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Senior Cook, Chef de Partie, or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong expertise and passion for Western cuisine preparation and cooking techniques.
- Excellent understanding of kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to remain calm and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Relevant culinary diploma or equivalent professional culinary experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
