Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily food preparation according to standard recipes and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor and maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area (HACCP compliance).
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team to ensure ingredient freshness and minimize waste.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and operational workflows.
- Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions promptly to management.
- Ensure efficient kitchen workflow during peak service hours to maintain service speed.
- Assist in recipe development and continuous improvement of the current menu offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a bakery, café, or restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of professional cooking methods, food safety regulations, and sanitation procedures.
- Proven ability to lead a small team and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in Food Safety or professional culinary degree is considered a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professionalism.
