Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Supervise kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep team, ensuring efficient workflow
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supply orders while maintaining cost control measures
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on cooking techniques and kitchen protocols
- Develop seasonal specials and menu innovations aligned with customer preferences
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff for seamless service during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and workstations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3+ years of professional cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Proven expertise in multiple cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Valid food handling certification (equivalent to Indonesian BPJ standards)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian ingredients and local produce
- Basic inventory management and cost control experience
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment
