Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage waste control systems across all kitchen sections to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
  • Enforce consistent implementation of personal hygiene, food safety, and sanitation protocols
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Train and mentor junior staff on cooking techniques and quality standards
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and control food costs

  • Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus and pricing strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior cooking role within hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and sanitation procedures
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and supervise staff effectively
  • Expertise in Indonesian cuisine and local Kalimantan ingredients preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with team-building experience
