In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish served meets our high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

This position is uniquely multifaceted, blending traditional culinary expertise with modern operational challenges. Beyond the stove, you will play a key role in our delivery service ecosystem, coordinating with warehouse and courier management teams to ensure our premium food products reach our customers seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage a designated kitchen station during peak service hours.
  • Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes and aesthetic presentation standards.
  • Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse management team to monitor inventory levels and minimize food waste.
  • Coordinate with courier management systems to ensure timely and accurate delivery service execution.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent output across all shifts.
  • Monitor ingredient quality and ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained in top working condition.
  • Optimize kitchen workflows to increase efficiency during high-volume delivery demand.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment as a Lead or Senior Cook.
  • Strong understanding of food safety protocols and kitchen sanitation standards.
  • Previous experience or exposure to F&B delivery operations and logistics management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, specifically regarding inventory flow and courier coordination.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Professional certification in Culinary Arts or related field is an advantage.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
