Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily operations of a specific kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure high-quality output and team development.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations (HACCP) at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels, minimize food waste, and participate in cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu development and special promotions.
  • Ensure that all equipment is maintained and that the workstation remains clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
  • Collaborate effectively with the service team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery to guests.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a Senior Cook or CDP role.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and plating standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation protocols.
  • Professional culinary certification or degree from a reputable hospitality school is highly preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
