Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
  • Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain peak efficiency and morale.
  • Manage food inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Monitor kitchen equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards across all food preparation areas.
  • Collaborate with management to improve menu efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Cook, Senior Cook, or Kitchen Captain in a restaurant or cafe setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and kitchen management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and improving culinary standards.
