Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly cost accounting cycle, including standard cost development and overhead allocation.
- Conduct detailed analysis of production variances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain managers to optimize inventory control and reduce waste.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for regional management to support strategic planning.
- Oversee the physical inventory reconciliation process and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Develop and maintain robust cost modeling to support new product development and pricing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting processes and ERP system utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cost accounting within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of integrity.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
