Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for ACMV systems
- Develop comprehensive bills of quantities and cost breakdowns for mechanical ventilation and cooling installations
- Conduct market research on materials, equipment, and labor costs to ensure competitive pricing
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to refine project scopes and cost parameters
- Prepare tender documents and bid proposals while maintaining strict compliance with contractual requirements
- Perform risk assessments and contingency planning for cost-related variables in ACMV projects
- Utilize cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) and BIM tools for accuracy and efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimation for ACMV or MEP projects
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and industry-standard tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD)
- In-depth knowledge of ACMV systems, materials, and installation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Professional certification in cost estimation or project management (e.g., CCE, PMP) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentation of cost analyses
