Tanggung Jawab
- Lead cost management services for MEP systems in Advanced Manufacturing and Commercial Buildings projects
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Conduct value engineering analysis and lifecycle cost assessments
- Manage subcontractor procurement and commercial negotiations
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for cost overruns
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with financial targets
- Maintain compliance with Singaporean construction regulations and standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cost management for MEP systems
- Proven track record in Advanced Manufacturing or Commercial Buildings projects
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) strongly preferred
- Expertise in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Experience leading cross-functional cost management teams
