Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design projects for product packaging, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
- Develop innovative visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into creative solutions
- Manage design assets and maintain consistent brand visual language
- Conduct design research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5+ years of professional design experience with beauty/fashion industry focus
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development and campaign design
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with print and digital production processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
