Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive retail design concepts including in-store displays, window installations, and promotional environments
- Create shopper marketing collateral (POSM, packaging, digital assets) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate consumer insights into actionable design strategies
- Lead design projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on retail design trends and shopper behavior patterns
- Maintain and evolve brand visual systems across all retail touchpoints
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in retail design or shopper marketing with portfolio demonstrating retail environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D rendering software
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and retail environments
- Experience developing design systems for multi-location retail chains
- Ability to translate complex briefs into visually compelling solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing retail/shopper marketing projects required
