Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments for diverse counterparties within Commodities and Global Markets.
- Collaborate closely with trading teams to structure transactions that align with Macquarie’s risk appetite and internal policies.
- Monitor and report on credit exposure, identifying potential concentrations or deteriorating credit quality in real-time.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess the impact of market volatility on counterparty credit risk.
- Lead discussions on credit risk parameters with senior stakeholders and front-office leaders.
- Review and approve credit limits, ensuring robust documentation and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the enhancement of credit risk models, stress-testing frameworks, and internal rating systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in credit risk management, ideally within an investment banking or corporate banking environment.
- Proven expertise in analyzing complex financial instruments, including commodities and derivatives.
- Strong understanding of Basel III/IV regulatory frameworks and risk management best practices.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification such as CFA, FRM, or PRM is highly regarded.
