Jollibee Foods Corporation, the largest and most iconic fast-food chain in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Crew to join our team at our Sta. Cruz, Zamboanga City branch. As a Senior Crew, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that every customer receives the highest level of service and that our store runs efficiently. In this role, you will take on increased responsibilities compared to regular crew members. You will assist in training new hires, help manage daily tasks, and serve as a role model for excellent customer service. Your duties will include taking orders, preparing food, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also work closely with the management team to ensure smooth store operations.

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and attending to their needs.
- Accurately take food orders and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages following Jollibee's quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist in training and mentoring new crew members on procedures and customer service.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash management.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- At least high school graduate (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible schedule including willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Residing in or near Zamboanga City is preferred.
