Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by proactively attending to guest needs and resolving inquiries with a smile.
- Execute efficient order-taking and accurate food preparation while adhering to strict safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new crew members to ensure team excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize store operations and drive store productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, branding standards, and local labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate; college levels are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong leadership potential with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of restaurant operations.
