As a Senior Crew Member, you will lead by example, providing top-tier customer service, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring our high standards of food safety and cleanliness are met at all times. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Supervise station operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow during peak hours.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Mentor and guide new crew members to ensure consistent service quality.
- Handle customer concerns or feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in product replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and service counters are clean and organized at all times.
- Assist store management in achieving daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- High School graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a food service, retail, or hospitality role.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work well within a team.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic kitchen operations is a plus.
