Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service by consistently following the Jollibee service standards (FSC - Fast, Smiling, Clean).
- Accurately take and process customer orders via dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru channels.
- Prepare and cook food products according to standard recipes and strict quality specifications.
- Manage cash registers, handle payments, and reconcile end-of-shift sales reports.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in all store areas, including the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
- Assist the management team in training, coaching, and mentoring new crew members on operational procedures.
- Support inventory management tasks, including stock rotation, receiving deliveries, and minimizing wastage.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and escalating issues when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate; College undergraduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work and be assigned in Solano, Nueva Vizcaya.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
- Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for prolonged periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems are a plus.
