Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and process transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items strictly according to Jollibee quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Assist the management team in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Mentor and guide new crew members on standard operating procedures and company values.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stocking and rotating supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and occupational safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must be at least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (K-12).
- Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be customer-service oriented and a strong team player.
- Willing to be assigned and reside in or near Olongapo City, Zambales.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possesses a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
