Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to customer needs and resolving concerns professionally.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage items adhering strictly to JFC's quality and recipe standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness, sanitation, and safety (SQC).
- Assist in the training and mentoring of new crew members to ensure operational excellence.
- Execute accurate cashiering duties and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Support inventory management including stock receiving, rotation, and minimizing wastage.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve daily sales and operational targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate (Senior High School Graduate is an advantage).
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role within the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality industry.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Knowledgeable in basic food safety and sanitation practices.
