Tanggung Jawab
- Stricly manage crew planning and vessel manning operations to ensure optimal staffing levels
- Oversee crew welfare programs and initiatives to maintain high morale and retention
- Handle comprehensive crew documentation including contracts, certifications, and travel arrangements
- Control and report on crewing budgets with rigorous cost optimization measures
- Ensure strict compliance with SOLAS, MLC, and other maritime regulations
- Coordinate with vessel management teams to resolve operational issues
- Monitor crew performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in crewing or maritime operations management
- Deep knowledge of international maritime regulations and compliance standards
- Proven budget management and reporting experience
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in crew management software and MS Office suite
- Valid STCW certification and maritime industry certifications preferred
