- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects for semiconductor industry clients
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into customized CRM solutions
- Configure and optimize Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms
- Develop user training materials and conduct change management sessions
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and system integration
- Document processes and create technical documentation for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of CRM consulting experience with 2+ years in semiconductor industry
- Certification in Salesforce (Salesforce Certified Administrator/Consultant) or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proven experience with CRM implementations and customizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and training delivery
- Knowledge of CRM analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization
