Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct various table games (such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette) in accordance with established house rules and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in chip handling, payouts, and game pace.
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service to all guests on the gaming floor.
- Observe and monitor game activities to ensure compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Handle cash and chip transactions with strict adherence to internal controls.
- Resolve basic guest queries and escalate complex issues to the Pit Supervisor when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gaming environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience as a Croupier/Dealer in a casino environment is highly advantageous, though entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Must possess excellent numerical skills and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
