- Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face, phone, and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with product demonstrations and promotional campaigns
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized product displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Contribute to inventory management and stock replenishment
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service or retail experience
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Pleasant personality with patience and empathy
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous experience in retail pharmacy is advantageous
