Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of customer interaction and store operations.
- Maintain optimal store inventory levels and ensure shelves are restocked and visually appealing according to brand guidelines.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, handle cash, and process payments accurately.
- Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve store targets.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in any relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or the pharmacy/beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills in Malay, English, and/or Mandarin (preferred).
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a positive attitude and a passion for health and beauty trends.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
